In light of all the upheaval around affirmative action, how can you, as a job-seeker, find a workplace that really values diversity and fits with your values?
One piece if good news I can share is that LinkedIn offers some help in that arena!
To search for jobs that feel like a better fit, pull up your LinkedIn and hit the “jobs” tab. That will take you to this page. From there, hit the “search” tab, which will take you to this page.
Click on “all filters” and scroll way, way down.
At the very bottom of the filters list, you’ll see a list of commitments you can filter for. These are things the company has put forth as important to them, so while it’s not the whole answer, it’s a pretty good starting place.
