You may have noticed that I leave my small flubs and mistakes in my videos, and you might even wonder why. I am all for those lovely, slick videos other folks are putting out, but I also want to demonstrate that your content doesn’t have to be perfect. There’s something humanizing and friendly about small gaffes in our presentations, so I hope you can apply that to your work life as well!
